Pre construction and 
Planning

In this phase of the construction, we aid our clients develop the concept of the project as the design process occurs.  We guide the project as it's approved by the building authorities and coordinate with the engineer and contractors to value engineer the project and reduce costs. As the contract documents take shape we coordinate the bidding process and selection of a contractor.

Construction Management
and Administration

In the construction management phase, we take lead on guiding the project in the right direction and protecting our client's interests by documenting and administrating the project. We are actively involved in the day to day activities so that all the designed / contractors are constrain within the contract documents and reframe form generating additional liabilities to the developers. 

Post construction
Closeout and turn over

In the postconstruction phase we guide the project as the Certificate of Occupancy is received and the project is turned over for usage. This includes the transfer of document such as operation and maintenance manuals and proper training for the property manager. In this stage we also perform a final walk-through inspection and aid the architect generate a completion punchlist prior to the final payment / lien release turnover.
